These food auctions will be offering discounted outlet foods at extremely discounted prices similar to our Store's Monthly Food Discount Catalog program but in an auction style with fixed high-bid limit to ensure savings from retail prices.
A mixture of fresh, bulk products at extreme, lower-than-retail, discount prices along with our Discount Outlet Foods.
Our Discount Outlet Foods catalog comes from a wide selection of Name brand (Oscar Mayer, Tyson, Perdue, Post, General Mills, Nabisco, etc.), Generic, and Store brand (Aldi, Walmart) products from across the US. Some brands are regional and you may not be aware of them in this area. Some products are institutional use, or commercial restaurant use and may not include retail packaging and nutritional information.

In regards to Close-coded / Out-of-code products:
Any dated products are clearly indicated in all of our advertising and during the auction and the date reason is also indicated (Legend: best by, sell by, use by, freeze by, expiration date, production date)
Out of code products are legal to sell, although most stores don’t want an image of having ‘old’ product and items can potentially go stale.
It’s about food HANDLING. Food can go bad well before its date if handled improperly or it can last long after its date if handled properly.

Refrigerated Food kept Above 41°F/5°C for over 2 hours is to be DISCARDED and is not legal for sale.
Section 14-5.40 subsection (c): "Potentially hazardous food which has been held at temperatures between 45 degrees F and 140 degrees F, for times exceeding those allowed in this Part, is not to be vended, sold, donated or given away for use in whole or in part for human consumption.
Section 14-5.51 Temperature requirements: "Transport vehicles are to be provided with heated and refrigerated facilities that will maintain potentially hazardous food at 140 degrees Fahrenheit (60 degrees Celsius) or above, or 45 degrees Fahrenheit (7.2 degrees Celsius) or below, while in transit.
Food protection; potentially hazardous food; temperature and refrigeration requirements
Food is to be protected from contamination during storage, transportation, display, while being held for service, dispensing by a vending machine or in connection with vending operations.
The total time that potentially hazardous food may be at a temperature between 45 degrees Fahrenheit (7.2 degrees Celsius) and 140 degrees Fahrenheit (60 degrees Celsius) is not to exceed two hours.

We are extremely focused on Food Safety, Legal Food Handling, and Low Operating Costs in order to offer legally-sellable, safe food at extremely low prices. We employ a number of cost-saving, energy-efficient processes such as Solar-power, Geothermal-power, and other on-site event cooling to ensure our cold products stay cold!
Using a variety of social media and website content with PDFs and JPEG images, we are able to give all Bidders a detailed online "Sneak-peek" Pre-show so all bidders can see in advance all products we will offer at our Auction event. This will drastically help reduce event times by eliminating the need for walkthroughs.

With a pre-bid lock-in, you'll be able to purchase items in advance of the event at a fixed price. No matter what the event bid reaches or how quickly it sells, you'll be guaranteed the product at your lock-in price the product is available!

We do not charge a Buyer's Premium at our Auctions. Each item's final-bid price is the price you pay!
The only exception to this is for Credit/Debit transactions. All items sold are sold at a cash discount price of 10%. Any card transactions will see a removal of this discount savings.

Don't worry if you aren't sure of the value of the food we're offering either. Since we do your price shopping for you! Our proprietary Auction LiveBid© display software will show competitive prices PRIOR to bidding (when available).
By using our highly-sophisticated, custom-built, proprietary, Live-Bid© Auction tracking software, we will be able to streamline everything from the check-in, item bidding, bidder invoice, to the check-out process. This will prevent errors and over-charging while efficiently processing the entire auction from start to finish.
But don't worry if you're not tech-savy...we do all the 'heavy lifting' so you don't have to, so you can just enjoy a quick, easy, and affordable auction!
By providing detailed flyers to all bidders, we will be able to support our mission to be "an honest, trustworthy, open, and extremely organized food auction".
Our flyers will have details on all the products being offered, the bidding prices, explain the auction process, explain who we are and what we do, as well as openly and clearly declare what type of products you will be bidding on.
This will be extremely beneficial to non-tech people who didn't get the chance to view the products during our online "Sneak-peek" Pre-show.
Starting at least 2-3 weeks prior to each Auction event, you'll be able to pre-register for the event. By entering your details in our registration form, you'll enable an even faster check-in process than our standard Quick-Scan© check-in.
Also by offering a pre-registration, we'll be able to know roughly about how many people will be coming, which allows us to buy the correct selection at the correct volume to make sure everyone gets what they are looking for to the best of our ability.
Pre-registering online also saves you money at the Auction event.
About 2-3 weeks prior to each Auction event, we will post a detailed online catalog in both PDF and JPEG images on social media as well our here on our website.
These detailed catalogs will give ALL bidders an opportunity to see what items will be available along with full details such as the:
During the "Sneak-peek" Pre-show, with Pre-bid Lock-In, you'll have an option to purchase items prior to the Auction event at fixed 'average' prices.
By purchasing the item prior to the event, you "lock-in" your pre-bid price which will guarantee you get the product at your set price if the product is available at the event.
All Pre-bid Lock-In items will be set aside on hold for pickup at the event and you don't have to worry about showing up late, missing out on something, products running out before you get it, or possibly getting stuck buying it at a higher bid price.
Of course, there is always a slim chance that the product may sell at the auction for less than your pre-bid lock-in price, but at least it will guarantee you get it before it's gone!
